Green buckwheat, treated without steam
Green buckwheat can be cooked, roasted, stewed, added to salads or soups, cooked like risotto and of course served as an accompaniment to other dishes.
Similarly, green buckwheat can be added to smoothies by adding fresh greens or fruits. They are also sprouted and then dried - buckwheat prepared in this way will fit into breakfast cereals and salads.
Rinse the buckwheat in a sieve under running water. Take one part buckwheat, two parts water and boil for about 5 minutes. When all the water is absorbed in the buckwheat, the boiler can be taken off the fire. Rinse cooked buckwheat before meals to loosen buckwheat.
