From linseeds grown in Latvia. Extruded linseeds are high in protein. They are similar to crushed linseeds but lower in fat.
Extruded linseeds can be used with kefir, buttermilk, yogurt, added to cottage cheese, fresh cheeses and salads.
We recommend: one tablespoon of extruded linseeds with a glass of boiling water, leave to swell for 10 to 15 minutes. Take 2 3 times a day, 1 hour before a meal.
